Southeast Christian School Convention
The Southeast Christian School Convention is the NCCSA’s premier professional development event. Held annually in partnership with Christian school associations from neighboring states, the convention provides hundreds of workshop sessions, nationally recognized speakers, exhibits from educational partners, and networking opportunities for Christian educators.
Designed for teachers, administrators, support staff, and school leaders, the convention addresses current educational trends while maintaining a strong emphasis on biblical worldview integration and Christian school ministry. NCCSA Online Professional Development
To make professional development accessible throughout the school year, NCCSA offers a series of live online professional development sessions delivered through Microsoft Teams. These one-hour workshops allow educators to participate individually or as a group from their own schools.
Each year, NCCSA selects highly regarded speakers and practical topics that apply across multiple grade levels and educational settings. Recent topics have included:

Summer Professional Development Conference
Every other summer, NCCSA hosts a comprehensive professional development conference focused on classroom instruction, educational innovation, and best practices for faculty and staff. Summer Administrators’ Conference
Christian school leadership comes with unique opportunities and challenges. To support school leaders, NCCSA hosts an annual Summer Administrators’ Conference designed specifically for heads of school, principals, assistant principals, and administrative teams.
This two-day conference focuses on leadership development, governance, strategic planning, school improvement, organizational effectiveness, and the mission of Christian education. Recent conferences have featured nationally respected educational leaders such as Dr. Alan Pue and addressed topics including strategic planning, discipleship, leadership effectiveness, and organizational excellence.
The conference also provides school leaders with opportunities to:

NCCSA LeadNet Leadership Development Program
LeadNet is NCCSA’s newest leadership development initiative designed to prepare and strengthen current and future Christian school leaders. This structured coaching and mentoring experience consists of thirteen modules organized into four major areas of school leadership.
The program examines topics such as:
- Leadership foundations
- Governance and mission
- School operations and finances
- Health and safety
- Educational programs and assessment
- Technology integration
- Student services and student life
Participants learn from experienced educators through guided discussion, practical application, mentoring, and ongoing support. LeadNet provides a structured pathway for leadership development while remaining flexible enough to accommodate the responsibilities of busy school leaders.
Administrator Leadership Sessions and LeadNet Regional Connects
