This two-day conference will be held on July 27–28, 2026. This year’s main speaker will be renowned educational leader, Dr. Alan Pue. The conference theme is “Rethinking Strategic Planning and Shepherding Discipleship.” Dr. Pue will draw from decades of consulting experience to unpack strategic planning as an ongoing, intentional process that drives continuous improvement and long-term institutional success. The focus will then shift to the core purpose of Christian education, exploring how to effectively disciple students and shape a resilient biblical worldview in the midst of an increasingly secular culture. Participants will discover why a unified partnership between the home, church, and school is absolutely foundational for shepherding a child’s heart and countering common objections to Christ-centered schooling. Ultimately, attendees will leave equipped with both a practical framework to govern their schools effectively and a renewed spiritual vision to raise up faith-driven leaders.
This conference will also include an introduction to two new NCCSA initiatives:
- This NCCSA-branded gateway is for member schools to participate in Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO) opportunities.
- Jamison Coppola and Randy Melchert will present a session explaining what a Scholarship Granting Organization is and detailing the relationship between NC Accord Kids (NCCSA’s platform) and Accord Kids (the national SGO the NCCSA is partnering with).
- In addition, Andrew Nelms from Student First Technologies will present on their partnership with NC Accord Kids and show how their platform will be available to NCCSA schools to manage parents’ SGO donations.
NCCSA LeadNet
- The NCCSA will be launching the NCCSA LeadNet Administrator Coaching and Development Program.
- Developed as part of NCCSA LeadNet, this 13-module training system is designed to equip administrators with essential skills and strategies grounded in biblical principles. Each module is led by an experienced professional educator to ensure practical, expert-level instruction.
