An Investment in Christian School Leadership

LeadNet was developed in response to a longstanding request from Christian school administrators for a more formal mentoring and leadership development process. The program combines professional expertise, peer collaboration, and biblical perspective to help leaders navigate the increasingly complex challenges facing Christian education today.

Participants gain access to experienced mentors, practical resources, leadership discussions, and a growing network of Christian school leaders committed to strengthening Christian education across North Carolina.

Who Should Participate?

LeadNet is designed for:

  • School Administrators
  • Principals and Assistant Principals
  • Heads of School
  • Department Leaders
  • Aspiring School Leaders
  • Administrators pursuing NCCSA Accreditation or Certification

While participation is required for administrators in the initial NCCSA accreditation or certification process, the program is open to any Christian school leader seeking additional leadership training and support.

More Than a Training Program

NCCSA LeadNet is intended to become a comprehensive leadership network that connects Christian educators, encourages professional growth, facilitates mentoring relationships, and helps develop the future leaders of Christian schools throughout North Carolina.
