The Christian school ministry is influencing thousands of families across North Carolina for the cause of Christ and quality education. The purpose of the North Carolina Christian School Association (NCCSA) is to “aid in the promotion, maintenance, and improvement of the moral, spiritual, and academic standards of Christian schools in the state of North Carolina; to protect and preserve the freedom of Christian schools to exist and flourish.”  The NCCSA is a service organization that exists to serve Christian schools and their constituency.
The NCCSA has developed many programs and services to assist Christian schools in their ministry. Some services are available only to the members that have signed the NCCSA statement of faith and have met the membership requirements.  Other programs and services are available to non-member schools.

Many schools join and take advantage of the excellent programs in health and life insurance coverage, student accident, dental, liability, 403(b)-retirement plan, etc. Others take advantage of the many competition opportunities that the Association affords students in athletics and fine arts. Excellent opportunities for fellowship and instruction are available at the annual Educators’ Convention (for the entire staff), Pastors’ and Administrators’ Conferences, Legislative Breakfast with members of the NC General Assembly, and various other opportunities. Teacher certification and school accreditation programs are available as a service to member schools. The NCCSA maintains a full-time state office with legislative oversight in Raleigh and in Washington.
