Benefit for NCCSA Members – SchoolCast

We would like to thank you for joining the NCCSA for the 2015-2016 school year. We will provide more membership data at a later time, but we are pleased to announce that four new schools have joined the NCCSA this year.

In this email, we want to make sure each school is familiar with a benefit that is provided to each NCCSA member – SchoolCast™. Most schools already use SchoolCast™, but for those that are not familiar with the program, SchoolCast™ is a flexible notification system that helps you communicate with your parents, students, faculty, staff, and community leaders by utilizing multiple forms of communication (voice, text, email) during both emergency and non-emergency situations.

A single SchoolCast™ alert can deliver a message to your entire school within moments via voice, text to speech, SMS text, enhanced email, social media, and RSS feeds.

Currently, SchoolCast™ is provided free of charge to NCCSA members. Many schools charge their parents a small emergency notification fee and use that money to pay for NCCSA dues. However you wish to use it is fine with us. Schools that are not currently using SchoolCast™ can get started by contacting Shaun at shaun@highgroundsolutions.com.
